We joined hands with CEAT for where our task entailed refreshing the User Experience and Visual Design for CEAT 360 - the Web Dashboard and Mobile app used by CEAT dealers across all parts of India. After understanding their pain points, functionalities, and the gaps that needed to be filled, our team rolled up their sleeves and got to redefining the user journey, achieving a successful and user-friendly interface by the end of it.
After rendering the right UI UX experience for CEAT 360, the company reached out to us for CEAT vendor portal
that needed some refurbishing. Our work towards that entirely resonated with the words, “Sometimes, the
simplest
things are the hardest.”
Although the vendor portal's final product exudes nothing but a seamless user
experience and easy-to-use interface, the behind-the-scenes of the same took a village. We started by looking
at
usage analytics of the last 4 years to understand how users were interacting with what we had built. We then
went on to create the Information Architecture for the same, where we simplified the user journey by grouping
the different features and functionalities into one consolidated roof. This, in turn, lead the design to look
neat, clean, and paved the way for some extra space.
Additionally, being equipped with the right knack for the brand's requirements and aesthetics, we also went on to design their presentations and newsletters, targeted at the CEAT internal team. We also immersed ourselves to curate animated videos for their internal projects.
